Please read through the following information. Once you have, click the “Let’s Talk” button at the bottom of the page to be taken to our Web Chat.
Our free, anonymous text/online chat for survivors of sexual violence and harassment is now 24/7!
A trained volunteer will provide trauma-informed support and provide referrals to counselling/community supports when needed.
Please try to remain on this chat page while gaining support in case the system asks you to re-enter.
Chats are anonymous and confidential (a log is kept for 24 hrs for quality assurance) and our chat platform is end-to-end encrypted for online security/safety. This encryption is not guaranteed on your end when texting. A Support Advocate may encourage you to switch to our webchat, however if you can’t, no worries…please continue to text!
This is a place for survivors and their supporters to feels safe, therefore prank or harassing chats are not welcome.
We value the safety of our callers/chatters and thus if you are at risk of immediate or imminent harm or are threatening harm, our Support Advocate has a duty to report this harm to police. If a child or youth under 18 years of age is at risk of harm, we have a duty to report and will help facilitate a call to your local Children’s Aid Society.
If you wish to be a part of our ongoing services such as 1:1 counselling and/or groups, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a staff person will get back to you.
